Long lines and DON'T ANSWER CALLS

Every single time I go to Dis-chem there is a huge line at the dispensary no matter what time, day or night.
In store they told they have an option to call ahead so you can simply collect your prescription, pay and leave. But how can you call ahead if after 4 calls, the receptionist puts you through but no one answers to take your order. so much for calling in an order to collect...
