Super attitide and service... what a pleasure

I have had a problem for a few months with Clicks Credit Card updating incorrect addresses and me not being able to receive statement, etc.
Raymond was super efficient in dealing wityh my query, responded to my calls and e-mails and sorted out my issue once and for all.
I am very impressed with this young man and sincerely hope that he is recognised for his service.
