PNP Online Service is a joke

I tried to order monthly groceries online. The Website Hangs constantly when trying to checkout. I eventually tried again this morning. The order was processed and I was given a referance number. then it gave me an Administrator Error, some Java SQL errors. So I emailed the Call Centre this morning with the Referance number as it had already taken my credit card details. I have eventually called worrying about this order to find out the order was not placed. But I noticed my smart shopper points are gone, all the smart shopper vouchers are gone. And I have to now pay a higher price due to the Delivery Spot gone.

This system is a joke. I need a service like this due to the long hours I work. Hopefully Checkers or Game Food Sercies come up with something bette
