Poor service and dont care attitude from manage

Went to buy 2 items. Came to the till to pay for it. There was a woman standing in front of us paying her goods. As soon as she was done we moved forward when we realized the cashier was suddenly gone. Ask where is the cashier and was told she went to the toilet and I must go stand at another queue. Got upset and asked to speak to manager. They gave me supervisor who also told me I must rather go stand another queue. I demanded to see the manager and the lady went upstairs. After still waiting for this so called manager. I walked to an angle as the manger office is open and there the guy sitting still watching soccer!!! Where in your life have u seen this. Absolutely disgraceful and disregard and respect. I demand action to be taken cause this manager is not worth this title!! Spar will never see me and I will spread the word across. My whole friends and family I will make sure boycott this sorry for an excuse of a store!!!
