Bad customer service for people

Shoprite in Tembisa is not that big we understand but the smell in the store of bad meat is bad for us, doesn't the fridges work?
They have 15 or more tellers in the store but they opened 5 while the lines are as long as shelves row in the store.
They person working in fruit and veg has an attitude to wards customers, why we don't know. I was waiting for him for 10 min to come back where he was to weigh my fruits and when I tell him we been waiting for him isn't there another person to stand for him, he aggressively reply saying we have to wait as he is busy.
Just because we in the ghetto we don't except less customer service than people in Sandton, we pay with the same money, we all work hard for our money.
We not buying on credit and we deserve the same value of goods as like we buying in Sandton or Fourways.
After all this you have to pack your our groceries in the bags like all the staff is working while they walking around the store like they own it.
