Different Tills

Today I went to Shoprite Heidedal to go buy a newspaper then I remembered that I also need some bottled water. So I went inside to fetch the water then went straight to kiosk to get the newspaper and a cold drink. I then queued the line until it was my turn. Then the lady told she is not going to till the water, that I should go at the other tills.

I decided to just till the newspaper and drink and left the water that I needed as I could not join another queue. I went to go buy the water at the garage on my way.

Im completely disappointed in the service I got as Shoprite used to be my first choice of shopping, now I have to find a retailer who operates with the customers need in heart.
