Humiliated

I got to Spar @2050, 2013/01/20 and the main door was closed, I then asked the security about trading hours since their page says they operate 0600-2100, he failed to answer me. I asked for the manager and what i believe is a supervisor came, and he also failed to answer. I attracted the attention of whom I believe was a manger, and that's when things got bad.
He was rude and shouted @ me, even told me he can close @ 2050 or 2055 whenever he wants. when i asked for the customer care no, he told me to look for it on the yellow pages, I got really. He secured his door and i warned him that i will get to the bottom of this. But that landed me to even a bigger trouble, his reaction was violent, if it wasn't for the supervisor i would be lying in a hospital bed ryt now.

The shop don't even have a board showing operating hours, so I had no point to argue with. Please mr Peter investigate them.
