Bought shoes at Woolworths 25/04/2013 and they are

On the 25th of April 2013, on my payday, I walked across to Woolworths, West Street, Durban to buy black pumps for work, as I do a lot of walking during the day and wanted something with guaranteed quality. Less then two months later, the shoes have stretched and look like they are two sizes bigger. When I walk in them I have to drag them along as they are now huge. I am extremely disappointed in their quality, as I believed, Woolies never compromises quality. I would have already returned them but I no longer have the proof of purchase as I bought them on cash, but if records for the day could be pulled it would show that I bought them there on that day.
