Bad Attitude and Bad Knowledge

We had faulty vacuum cleaner that was purchase less than 6 months ago and was under guarantee. When we approached the manager of the store we were told that the unit must be sent away for repair and that was the end of the story. NO attempt was made to look at the machine, NO loan unit was offered and the unit would be away for a week.

To add insult to the story this was not put across to us in a decent way but more one with a bad attitude

This is the last time I look a verimark store, will NEVER buy from them again and will only say bad things about this company
