Want to clear my name, yet no records of me

Since November 2012, I have tried numerous times to get into contact with someone from Woolworths that can assist me. I want to make a settlement offer so that I can clear my name from the credit bureau's yet the company has no record of me anywhere.

I have been past from pillar to post and today I was told that my debt has been sold to some other company and AGAIN no one has any records of my existence, yet my name stays on TransUnion and XDS.

Seriously, I WANT TO HAVE MY NAME CLEARED AND ASK THAT SOMEONE WITH SOME SORT OF KNOWLEDGE CONTACT ME TO ASSIST IN GETTING A SETTLEMENT OFFER SO THAT I CAN CLEAR MY NAME OFF ITC.

THIS IS RIDICULOUS GUYS, SURELY YOU SHOULD HAVE PEOPLE WHO CAN HELP, OR IS IT THAT YOU DO NOT CARE.
