I placed an order and struggled for two weeks to get my payment connected to my order, had to say i was just about to go to the bank and cancel the purchase when Michelle phoned me this morning, she took down my particulars and advised that she would phone me back (i just said yes- as I have heard that line so many times in the past from different consultants and then in the end you as a customer just need to call back) but not even 5 minutes after she dropped the phone she called back and advised that she have allocated the payment replaced my order and all is sorted.
I myself have been in a customer management position for years and have to say that her attitude and willingness to help made my day!! Michelle you are a star keep up with the excellent customer service
keep putting a smile on your clients face :)
