BLACK BERRY 9360 NIGHT MARE

I Bought a black berry 9360 in decemember at Markham Festival Mall. I took the fone for repair end of April 2013 for trackball and software.. i got it 3 weeks later after going to the shop and they claim they called me to come and collect it.. 3 weeks later fone start not to charge... took it in, waited 4 weeks... and got it last friday (14 june 2013) and took it back the following morning as it was not fixed.

The story they give me is that mtn repair centre.. am really frustrated by this issue.
