I received a statement in my post that reflected 60 days post due from clicks. This firstly was my first notice of the bill. Secondly I needed a copy of the script for medical aid to question it. I tried to call eastgate for two days was on hold for 20 min once until I called the call centre. They said they will email eastgate to request the script and they will cc me. I waited for two days nothing not then an email from the service department. So I call again they said the same thing they can email I said this is what was said to me two days ago, what's going to change? I get the email, I wait nothing that day, next day, nothing??? I just need a copy of a script?!? So I email... Saying still no script and no response? Nothing... after four days I receive the script. Really?! There is no levy on it so I emailed the branch and service saying there is no levy I any see I owe any money. Nothing... Email again, nothing. Next day I get an email from the branch saying I need to take it up with service debtors can help. But they have been cc'd on all the emails?!? That email questioning the amount owed was sent on the 8th... That's over a week, no one has phoned me to sort it out.
