I bought two nokia lumia handsets at exact in pretoria central on the 15th of may 2013, when i got home after charging the phone i saw that it was faulty and i took it back on the 17th of the same month when i got to the store the lady who processed the purchasing of the handsets told me that i have to go back home and wait for 7 days if it is still giving me problems i shoul then bring it back she also said to my suprise that the phone was giving me problems because it was still new and i told her that for the very reason she mentioned the phone is not supposed to be giving me problems. I went back home and came back on the 7th day she than said she can not give me a new phone because the 7 days has lapsed then i said to her but i brought it back on the 2nd day and you sent me home, she then left me for hours unattended i eventually asked for the manager he than told me to come on the following monday to get a newhandset but when i got there he said the aerial manager does not agree i told him i want my money back because i have been treated unfairly he than gave me the aerial managers number and email, i emailed his several times and called but never got a response up to todate
