Waiting for refund 22 days and counting

Unsatisfactory goods were returned and a refund was made out.
One week later I went back to the store to enquire about refund not received yet.
The answer was that it takes up to 7 days if it is to a FNB account. 10 to 12 days to other banks.
I went back to the branch after another week and the answer was that they would look into it and call me back.
After another week I went back and the case is still not resolved
the date of the first transaction was 22 May 2013 and I am still waiting
The amount is for R 6149.00 and I don't know what more to do to get response from these people
They would not let you take goods if it is not paid for, how come the can keep my money for as long as they want to?
