I have been trying to get hold of the Edgars Fashion hotline for 4 days now. When I do manage to wait the severely long time it takes to get through to anyone in the call centre I am greeted with extreme incompetence.

I first get asked "hello mam" a million times after explaining I am trying to purchase a product online, and then get told I can shop online, only to go to the website themselves and find out the system is down. Once this revelation is realised I can't seem to get anyone to understand the basic item I would like to purchase and what the colour and cost of the item is - told to me.

Once this run around is finished I either have the phone go dead or get told the call centre agents are going into a meeting and they will call me back to assist. Needless to say no phone call ever came.
This appalling service needs to be rectified and well spoken, understanding, educated call centre agents need to be employed to assist customers.

This is not the way to run a business Edcon.
