Vivian is on the ball

This is such a great example of customer service and going the extra mile. I went to Clicks to find out about product details and prices and requested a brochure. The lady I was referred to, Vivian, said she would let me know about the time the rep would be in. She took my number and phoned me the following day saying that he is there. I really appreciate stuff like that. Thanks Vivian - you are tops!
