Nightmare caused by Dream Brides

To quote their website "At Dream Brides we are passionate about quality... strive towards excellence... promise..." What hypocrites!! On the day the owner, Raeesa, shows up frantic. So frantic you'd think she was the bride. She began curling my hair and my bridesmaids' hair and the curls were not holding! She also seemed in very much of a rush. Which bride wants to be rushed on the most special day of her life?!! I found out that she was coming to me from attending to a bride before me. In fact she had another bride to go to after me! The most shocking bit was that I booked her services three months in advance and paid her in full as she requested (R2250) and she had the audacity to not only triple book herself herself but also rush me. She subsequently left me and my bridesmaids with no hair or makeup done. 2.5hrs before I was to be driven to the chapel!! Needless to say I was 1.5 hours late for my own wedding. Another quote from an email I received from Raeesa "All pins and clips included ..." What a!! While styling my mums hair she stated that the pins/clips are a separate charge. She refunded me R2000 of the R2250 but that does not make up for her atrocious attitude.
