A DISGRACE FOR CLIENT SERVICE

Went to Wetherly's Branch in Polokwane 4 June. My purchase amounted to R395.00. Was charged R575.00; I pointed this discrepancy out and then instead of giving me a refund of R180.00 my bank account was redebited with another amount of R575.00 (same mistake twice), eventually my account was debited with the correct amount of R395.00. Although when I got back home to Tzaneen (in the dark due to this delay), I looked at my account to see that everything was in order, I had seen that a total amount of R1545.00 had been deducted from my account and the errors had not been rectified. Wetherly's owes me a total of R1150.00 (this is excluding the amounts that will come off my account due to the amount of debits that my account had encountered).

Received an email cc'ing Lara Milton and Tania Manzella at Ellerines advising me to contact them (which rather pathetic as I should be contacted) which I have tried to do and they have been unreachable.

It is almost a week later! I still have not been refunded. Since that day I have had no money in my account! I HAVE HAD TO SUFFER BECAUSE OF THE INCOMPETENCE OF THIS COMPANY! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND DISGRACEFUL CLIENT SERVICE!!!
