Going the Extra Mile

I visited you branch at the Glen on Sunday and after doing my shopping I had a wrap a few gifts as it was my Dad's birthday. The young lady who helped me was so friendly and obviously well equiped to do alot more than just wrap gifts. I asked her if she had done this for a long time. Her reply took me completely by surprise. She said, this is not her regular job and the person who normally does this is not here but she knows how it feels to wait and hates to she customers wait so she fit in to make it a more pleasurable experience. I didn't want to seem overly flirtatous and ask her for her name and things but I must say, what a customer centric approach to retail shopping.
