I was given a substitute order without my concern, no one called me & ask if i'll be happy with the exchange as they are out of stock, i had to call the care line as i got home & see that is not what i ordered only then was is informed that they are out of stock & was given a substitute. I did not like the combo blankets they sent me at all. I had to go return the parcel at the post office which took my time & money i did not have. I had to cover the box as per the post office policy so i went & bought a cover & a solo-tape at Shoprite then return for the box to be weighed & was charged R118.00 for that the cover cost me R8.00. This is just unacceptable service from such a big company.
