I have been with WW for many years. Recently I have needed to replace my old card as it was not swiping any more. We decided to do this one Friday night at the our local Kloof branch. The staff phoned the call centre and we spent a frustrating hour and a half talking to 3 different operators (one very rude and unhelpful) and faxing through copy of ID they said we would get a temporary card in 3 to 5 days. A week later we were back at Kloof once again the call centre was phoned. We were told that nothing had been done, no copy of ID was found. We needed to fill in a form (nothing was said about a form the first time) and fax a copy of my ID again. We were told they will phone me re a temporary card. No phone call. A week later back at Kloof phoned the call centre again nothing had been done, told that we would be contacted the following week. No phone call again. Went back today to Kloof. We were once again told to fill in a form and re-fax a copy of my ID and they will phone when we can pick up a new card. How can it possibly take 3 weeks to replace a old card. This is shocking service! We have always been great supporters of WW but this has left a very bitter taste in our mouths.
