Whilst querying the inablility to download/print out a voucher sent to me by email. I was told by Rose, nothing she could do I must sort it out myself, its my problem if my computer cant print it out. I insisted she try to sort it out or print it out for me. she asked her supervisor Xolile, who gave the same response on their problem. i insisted they call customer services H/O, both of the ladies started laughing and talking in their language, obviously making fun of me. Rose eventually did call, the customer services, and they managed to arrange, that the voucher number be given over the phone, and I could eventually continue my purchase. During this interaction Xolile remained with her back to me, still with a bad attitude. I really expect more from a retail store, which prides itself on its service, and going the "extra mile" for the customer! I was most embarrassed by their lack of "customer service" and that they do not realise that without the "customer" they would not be employed, especially not in the division dealing with the public. I was polite throughout, and never raised my voice, or became rude, so I felt their attitude (particularly the senior, Xolile) was BAD!
