Broken Sleigh bed after a year!

I bought a Sleigh bed from Furniture Warehouse last year in January. We started having problems with the pedestals which shifted even as you slept. In January this year after purchasing a coffee table from the same shop we decided to check what the problem could be. We were advised that there were screws that we should have been given when we bought the bed so we were given these and they still could not help as I am sure the threads had worn out. The next time I went back to see the shop Manager Werner Smit and find out if he could help as one side of the bed on the leg had shifted and separated while we were asleep when the pedestals moved and they assured me it was a minor problem and they would send someone to check and fix. He sent Jabu twice to our house in February and both times he promised to come back and fix. I have been calling Werner and sending emails just to check and he keeps promising me to come and even bring a new bed yet never pitches because he is busy with 'clients'. In one of the emails I actually mentioned to him that for the last 2 weeks I am sleeping on the couch as I am afraid the corner will give in while I sleep and I will go down with the bed and still
