Pay for... nothing?

23 May; I placed an order with recipient ref :14743 for a wifi router. On the order status for Incredible Connection my order status reads as "14743 5/23/2013 Economy Bank transfer (EFT) Expired R 704.95 View / Download "
I did sent a query and no reply.
I paid for something I am not getting.
No effort has been made to clear up this mess.
no e-mail link to sent proof of payment to.
Now today 7 June.
