A repeat business account was opened without my knowledge. what angers me is that how did xolie proceed with the sale without authenticating telling phonically that they speaking to the client? secondly she advised she will cancel the deal on the 27/04/2013 which she hasn't till today. i did several follow up calls spoke to betty and Mandy which assured me that the matter has been attended to which they also failed to deliver. today i called them to do a follow i have never been so humiliated and disrespected in my life. i expected for betty to take ownership as she promised the least she could have done is give me a follow up call to advise me of the delay or any feedback what's so ever, instead i was told how it's not her problem 'how her colleagues failed to do their jobs and how useless her manager is!!! I'm so disappointed on how a big retail institution like Lewis could employ such an illiterate and disrespectful human being' she highlighted that their call are not recorded I have nothing against her. I would never do business with Lewis nor suggest it to anyone their service its pathetic they don't have a sense of urgent.
