Fantastic Customer service

I ordered my iPad through FNB on Friday, received an sms from Digital Planet on tuesday midday (15 Jan). contacted Shavintha on Thursday to make sure everything was in order. She checked everything on thier side and gave me the re-assurance that I needed that my order was being processed timeously but did indicate that delivery would probably only take place on Monday morning. Got to work this morning and to my delight, the Driver delivered my iPad a short while later.
Not only did delivery take place well within the 6 working days I was promised but it was also earlier that my expectations after chatting with Shavintha. and to top it off, the Customer service level received from her was phenominal.

What an awesome experience! i will deal with Digital Planet (and especially Shavintha) again any time!
