False Advertising on Selling Warranties

Bought an HP laptop with a 3 year on-site warranty. However when I asked the assistant and even the store manager for the documentation or details on this warranty that was advertised as having a value of R1500, none was available. Called HP SA, they clearly state it only has a normal one year carry in warranty. Tried calling the Game customer Service Line - recording states the line is busy.
