Pragnant woman falls in store, causing early labo

My pregnant wife was entering Mr Price home in secunda mall, where contractors was performing upgrades to the mall, she slipped and fall on the dusty floor where no signs was available for warning. The manager of the shop did not know what to do, just standing there. She went to the ginagologist, where she had to go in for c section, The umbilical cord was torn, and the baby had to be taken out to survive. She then had severe back and hip pains, she later went to the fisio to get some help for this pains.

We broad it under the attention of the provincial Manager, after many discussions over email, we had to provide them will all medical bills, so they can refund us. ect. They than later told us that they will not refund all invoices to this incident.

She is still suffering from severe pains and its been like this for almost 11 months now.
