Terrible shopping trolleys

Attention the manager Pic n Pay Retail Store Knysna

Dear sir regarding our earlier telephone conversation herewith the details of what happened

Yesterday 2013/06/04 at 09h00 I went to your shop to do my usual shopping, on my return to my vehicle all my groceries were loaded in to one of your new trolleys. Unfortunately when I came to the parking area the back section of the trolley flipped open (to the back) dropping most of my groceries all over the parking area, I proceeded to pick everything up, and one of your trolley guards came to assist me (The guy with the birthmark on his face) he also mentioned that this is a common problem with these new trolleys, and that this was not the first time that this has happened.

I then proceeded to load all my groceries in my car and returned home. Upon my arrival I was shocked to find that one of the 2l milk containers were damaged during the ordeal and leaked milk into my brand new SUV! I tried to clean it as best as possible but today when I got in the vehicle the smell were unbearable I am now forced to take it to a valet service and have it professionally cleaned, I just feel unhappy that I should be accountable for these expenses.
