The name "NURSE" Not worthy

This nurse cant be called a nurse. She pushes my moms 'patient at this hospital' mouth close with her hand and put a cloth in her mouth so that she cant talk. She is in a lot of pain due to a car accident she had and is paralized. This is the worse service ever.
