1/6/2012 bought Kelvinator Freezer, KI110CFM, Demo model, as new, full price. Acc 0203-537866-02.This was faulty. After numerous complaints, technician from TTS was send on 20/02/2013 with Invoice Number 6086. He found the freezer could not be fixed and it was returned to Lewis. Beryl promised to replace this. But they had no more stock. A Defy EC Energy Efficient Freezer was delivered without a contract, keys or manual. I explained to Beryl that we could not afford this bigger, more expensive freezer. She said not to worry. We would be getting it at the same price as the Kelvinator and the instalments made on the Kelvinator would be carried over to the Defy. This is also faulty. The lid is uneven and does not seal. Making contact with H/O also does not help. Surprise! I now received a bill for both deep freezers and a bed, which I bought. And the faulty Kelvinator was spotted on the floor, when I went into the store. When I asked how they could do this, I was told that H/O is pushing them for the sale. Please help! I need to get this matter resolved as a matter of urgency. If not resolved during this week, I will have to take it to the media & consumer board. Marie Erasmus
