WORST SERVICE EVER

So i go to Checkers hyper on Saturday the 1st of June buy 2 bras the biggest and my size... there is no policy on their racks stating not exchangeable so i decide to take to and they have no changing rooms on the price tag says R29.99 get to the till pay R69.99 ok after a big fight i just went home feeling so angry... get home there it does not fit... go back next day tell them it does not fit they refuse to exchange i tell them but you don't have a sign up its not on your slip and there are no changing rooms... she calls the assistant manager he has the audacity to tell me surely you should know you size fuming i walked out and told my husband... and him coming from a consumer background told the call center, they then decided to refund me why does this man have to comment like that and after a phone call with threats why only react then???
