In December I setled the arrears account as per sms offer that if I settle my account before 31 Dec 2012 I will qualify for a 40% discounted settlement of which I did,
But to my surprise I am still receiving the statement by sms reflecting balance with an increasing interest to date
on the 20 April I was made to speak to a gent by the name Mr I Maistry from African Bank call centre who promised to update thier accounts and the credit bureaus
