Was very much interested in a pair of boots (R599) - number not on shelve. Approached a barefoot employee who was busy unpacking / re-arranging on the same stand. Asked if they perhaps do have a no7 in the store. She approached a man who was passing by, requesting him to check in the stores, a discussion in an African language followed - from which I got to the conclusion that it was too much effort for either of them to go and check in the stores or on the system. Man walked on, barefooted lady continue re-arranging stand - was ignored, without given an answer to my enquiry
Don't think I will shop at this branch ever again!!
