What is going on with your service???

Last week i was at game bringing the reciept for them to collect the bar fridge from my sisters place that is not working... till today the fridge is not collected, its got a bad smell and it hasn't been working for a month, and that was communicated with game. But still nothing has been done till now. Went to cresta again on wednesday and i was promised it will be collected the next day, nothing again called him yesterday and he said he will come yesterday afternoon, nothing and no one bothers to contact and tell you whats going on. This is ridiculous and need that fridge out of that place asap. If that is done is not immediately i would have to take further steps. It was paid off in full but it hasn't been working. This is ridiculous.
