Terrible service all around

Today I bought a laptop from CNA and the service wasn't great. As I enter there are Security alarms going off from demo stock that was being perused by other customers. It took some time before it was deactivated only for another one to go off shortly after that and having to wait again.

Then I meet Ryan after having to look for a consultant. The service from him was average at best. It truly felt like I was being rushed out the store. I even tried to engage in some small talk but felt like I was being answered in one word answers. I thought he might be having an off day so I left it at this. Despite all this I decided to buy the laptop and after a quick security check on my Edgars Account all was well.

As I'm about to leave, the security tells me that I'm not allowed to take the free vga to hdmi converter that was bundled with the laptop as it was not part of this specific deal. I was happy to give it back when he, and Ryan and another teller start arguing about it right in front of me. After having to wait 5 minutes I'm told it's okay.

Now I get home turn it on and it has been used before. After calling CNA I'm told to just bring in for an exchange no apologies or anything!
