Double charge on accounts

My wife use to have a account at Truworths that we paid in full. Now Truworths account dept want to charge us a additional "Commission on payments received" fee. Their useless, incompetent and arrogant personnel keep on phoning me and if I explain to them that its paid in full they just put the phone down in you ear. Then after a while they phone again.
