I advertised a text book on [URL Removed] (Marketplace), a person interested asked a question and i replied to his question. When i wanted to go back later to add another reply to his message. But i couldn't. Kalahari's system does not allow you to reply to a message more than once??

I reported this to the support desk, as i had to urgently reply to the person interested in my textbook. They said they could not assist with this and would need to phone me back in 48 hours. It is now more than 72 hours, no reply to my e-mail i sent to the support desk (CAS-654540-47TWHQ CRM:00020117?), and also the potential buyer of my textbook has gone somewhere else. I find this unacceptable that an online store cannot assist it's users / customers in the main purpose for which it exists, to sell your stuff and communicate with potential customers.
