Empty promises to repair freeze

We bought a freezer less than a year ago and recently realized the seal was faulty, meaning ice build-up and unnecessary use of electricity. We reported the matter over two weeks ago and had no reply except that the reason why a technician haven't been out yet was due to the vehicle being broken down!!!
