Terrible customer service and don't care attitude

The Acropolis Mall in Phoenix has standards that go below low. The attitude of Management is so disgusting it is unbelievable. They don't believe that they need to apologise for not returning a customers call after a month, and you must call them back if they are busy. The security at the centre has only one name to give you when you need to speak to someone, Vincent who does not say he is not the centre manager which I only found out after speaking to the owner. I would like the South African Council of Shopping cetres to go in there as mystery shoppers and investigate how that Mall is run, talk to the tenants and have a look at the general state of that Mall.
