I have recently activated my Discovery Chronic Care and Dischem card and was to receive my card as well as a bag with things related to the chronic illness, I have kept calling Verdi Dischem to find out if my card has arrived they said I should wait for an sms, Nothing came through so I finally called and spoke to Lerato who told me I can pick up the card of which I told her I was not aware as no one sent me a message she said well you can come collect, so I asked about the bag that is suppose to be given she tells me there is no bag something about Discovery so I told her that Discovery has assured me that there should be a bag i have called head office as well and still no response.
