Incomplete Settlement Letters

Hello Peter

I have account with Truworths and I phoned the head office to ask for settlement letter. They sent it but it doesn't have the banking details. When I ask them they say they can only send the one with the banking details to the bank. I don't know what to do now because the bank needs the complete settlement letter to settle my accounts.
