Debit order after final payment was made???

Hello there,

My wife bought stuff over 2 years ago and I had a look at her statements.. Her account # is in the subject bar.. Her Final Payment was supposed to be paid on the 1st of may 2013.. And it was!! But now.. 1 month later another FULL installment has been paid via debit order.. Now my question is, why and How does this happen??? I am not a very happy camper.. Funds will be paid back within 24 hours or I will make a case of against the JD group! I will speak to the CPA in the morning 1st thing.. This is NOT at all acceptable.. My wife also has another account with you.. Final payment was also due and paid on the 1st of May 2013.. I hope for your sake that a debit order does not go off on that as well.. The other account # is 0058-990889-27!!! fix it.. I am sick of the incompetence of the JD group!!!
