Sanex for Men

We purchased the Sanex for Men Dermo Extra Cool deo. The contents of the spay is still full, unfortunately, the spay mechanism doesn't work. I have tried to contact the customer number 0860114146 on 5 different occasions in this respect, but have received the same "busy" message from the answering machine and no one has called me back. This is in contravention of the CPA and I would like it to be resolved please.
