Good day,

I submitted a consumer query via the Sanex website approximately 2 weeks ago, advising of ongoing problems with leaking packaging of Sanex roll-on deoderant.

It should be noted that the roll-on packaging does not seal tightly and leaks when travelling - friends of mine using Sanex have also complained of this problem.

Its really not fun to have leaking deoderant all over your toiletry bag, and its extremely disappointing to receive no response whatsoever from Sanex about this.

A quick look at some other consumer remarks shows that this is not an isolated problem. Such a pity, I'm quite fond of the Sanex range, including your body wash, but poor product packaging can not be tolerated.
