Faulty Colgate battery operated toothbrush

I bought a Colgate battery operated toothbrush which stopped working after a month. this is the third time this has happened to me using Colgate products. I tried to contact Colgate customer care and i get we are busy please leave a message. i have also sent an email and no reply.
