Hi there,

This will be my 9th attempt to have this matter resolved!

I had an Edgars account back in 2003/2004 and when I decided to close the account I made payment in full at the Edgars in Stellenbosch and had the account closed.

Since 2009 I've been getting sms's and lawyers letter and so many different collection agencies calling me and each time I have to explain the same thing over and over and over again!

Now I am getting tired of this and last year I done a Credit check and noticed that I have been listed as a BAD payer and that everyone keep on saying that this matter will be investigated and will get back to me but then nobody does.

No I have sent to the 1st collection agent the proof of payment when I closed the account (for some reason I still had the slip) Unfortunately I don't have it anymore as the slip has faded and I have moved like twice so most things was tossed away.

I would really like for this matter to be resolved and have my name cleared by all Credit Bureau's and proof in writing sent to me.
