My name is HEBRON, I bought a DVD Player machine towards the end of November with a 12months exchange warranty, i only used it few days in November and December i was away on holidays. I then used it for 2 weeks in January and after that it started displaying no disc on the screen. Yesterday the 17 January i took it with a receipt to Clicks Tzaneen Mall to ask if they can repair it atleast, unfortunitely their Manager spoke to me in a rude manner and in a Tsonga language of which i dont understand it. I asked him if he can speak in a language whereby i can understand him but he kept speaking the very same language and said it is his home language and he wont change it because of me. The way i saw his hands and body language he was saying i opened a DVD of which i didnt since i can even use a driver by myself. I felt so dissapointed because i expected a better service from the Manager especially, now i am left with a DVD player that is not loading a CD while it has warranty
