Disgusting customer service

After standing in q for 30 min q's very loooong, system apparantly frose, but no one tells anybody.3 tills open and q of 50 people.when asked for manager it was said manager is not in today.absolute disgrace.su

floor supervisor looks like it came in from a late night.no staff in sight. regular patrons say its like this all the time, not just end of the month, Who is responsible for this store???
